How long does it take to delete my account?

When you confirm to delete you account, the deletion request is processed within 24–48 hours; you will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

How can I copy my API key from the dashboard?

To copy your API key, go to the Developer → API Keys page on the Gumlet dashboard and click the copy icon next to your API key.

How can I request removal of unauthorized impersonation content under DMCA?

Gumlet supports DMCA content removal. Please review our DMCA policy and send a formal DMCA notice to [email protected] with all required proofs and identifications. Further action will be taken once the proper notice is received.

Why can't I access my account after making a payment?

If you’ve recently made a payment and still can’t access your account, it’s likely because the payment is still being processed. We verify both your email and the payment transaction, which can take a few minutes. Once your payment is confirmed, your account access will be restored automatically. If the issue persists after a short wait, please contact support for further assistance.

If I downgrade from the Business plan to the Professional plan, will I receive a refund for the difference in cost?

Yes. If you downgrade from the Business plan to a Professional plan mid-cycle, you’ll not receive as the plan will be active till the plan cycle end date.

When will I receive my refund after cancelling my subscription?

If the subscription is cancelled within 30 days, you need to reach out to chat support for the refund processing. Once a refund has been initiated, you will receive it within 5-7 business days.

Why was my support email not accepted by the system?

Your email was rejected because it wasn’t sent from the address associated with your registered account. To open a ticket, email us from the address you use to log in or submit a ticket directly through your dashboard here.
