Embed Videos on Zendesk

Follow these simple steps to ensure your video content is playable on the Zendesk Knowledgebase - Guide.

Steps to Whitelist Embeds on Zendesk:

1. Go to Knowledgebase settings

2. Choose Guide Settings

   
   

3. Navigate to the Security section, Enable Display unsafe content and update settings.

Once the above setting is enabled, go to the video library in Gumlet.

Steps to Embed Gumlet video on Zendesk

1. Copy the Embed code of the video you want to Embed.

2. Paste the code in the link pop-up.

   

3. Click on the Add link to embed the video.
