Imagekit to Gumlet

Quick migration from Imagekit to Gumlet.

Gumlet supports the majority of important Imagekit parameters. Any parameter with an invalid value will be discarded and will not change output. Below is the list of Imagekit parameters that Gumlet can support.

The parameters used in query parameters are supported in Gumlet with minor changes.

What do I need to do for this migration?

  1. Please check the above list ensuring that you are not using any Imagekit parameters outside the list.
  2. Signup to Gumlet if you don't have a Gumlet account.
  3. Click on "Sources" in the Images section on the left menu. Click on '+ Create New Source' and select Preferred original media storage.

  4. Provide your source details. Refer to our Original Media Storage guide to check more on storage backends.
  5. Once done update the Imagekit hostname from your end with the newly created Gumlet hostname.
